Happy weekend friends! It’s another long weekend in Canada and I’m looking forward to a few days of swimming, sleeping in and sewing. My new Bernina is up and running and better than I could have dreamed – I will post about her (I’m calling her Bernie) once I’ve had time to play with all the features. Today I finished my Meghan Neilson culottes on her and so far I’m pretty blown away by the quality of the feet.

In the meantime, I thought I would share some photos a friend took of me in the Bombshell I made for the sewalong, 50 feet above a raging waterfall in Vermont. I’ve also set up a Flickr group for the Sewalong – please share your makes so everyone can see how smokin’ you look in your suits!
